Responsibilities
- General ledger reconciliations, journal entries, monthly closing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience, including sales and occupancy tax, financial close and reconciliation experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Possess clear understanding and application of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures, including posting and reconciliation of cash and balance sheets.
- 2 years experience with related accounting experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Must be detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities
- Be the first person to welcome guests to The Crossings, handling all of their needs with the highest level of guest service at all times.
- Schedule guests' reservations.
- Check guests in and out on arrival and departure.
- Handle guests' needs related to rooms reservations to ensure all needs are met.
- Assist with transporting guests’ luggage and guests to reserved rooms.
- Assist with preparation of guest packages and with special projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or related industry experience.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Excellent computer skills required, prefer experience with reservations/hotel software.
- Outstanding customer service skills a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills required.
- Proficient telephone communication skills with multi-line phone systems.
- High school diploma or GED.

IT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities
- Install new software releases and perform system upgrades.
- Evaluate and install patches.
- Resolve software related problems.
- Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity, user setup, and access.
- Perform server maintenance and system backups.
- Maintain/implement disaster recovery protocols.
- Perform required maintenance of voice, data, and related equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years system administration experience for 60+ users required.
- LAN/WAN administration for 60+ users required.
- Minimum 2 years voice and data installation and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 1 year help desk experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills required.

GROUP SALES REPRESENTATIVE

- Offer a customized Crossings experience incorporating the services of our wellness spa, events department, and food services based on delivery abilities and space availability.

Requirements
- Sales and Business Development experience in convention or hotel industry.
- Two years experience negotiating contracts and presenting proposals.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of increasing sales through relationship development sales.
- Must exhibit community networking skills and experience.
- Skilled "people management" and leadership experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

COOK

Responsibilities
- Prep and cook for all the meals quickly and to the specifications of the Chef and Sous Chef.
- Work with the Chef, Sous Chefs, and Shift Coordinators to maintain proper amounts of product being prepared.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area at all times.
- Assist in maintaining the organization of the produce walk, the dairy walk-in, and the freezer.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year cooking experience required.
- Experience in hotel/resort environment preferred.
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
- Degree from culinary school strongly preferred.
- Must have good knife skills and be able to use kitchen tools effectively and safely.
- Must be available to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Vegetarian meal production experience preferred but not required.

ON-CALL BELLMAN

Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver luggage to and from guest lodges.
- Assist with guest room changes.
- Answer phones, assist with guest check-ins, and handle guest issues and concerns.
- Post activity schedules around campus and maintain those boards with the most current information. Answer questions from guests about the different activities available
- Assist other departments as necessary: this may include helping Food Services with greeting guests in the Dining Hall, Events Services with setting up for a workshop, and Maintenance with changing light bulbs and light grounds work.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in all types of weather.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Some computer skills required (email, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred.

- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A/V production experience required.
- Previous Hotel/Hospitality experience required.
- Outstanding customer service skills a must.
- Prefer banquet experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
