All Power Breaks cost $500 per one-hour session.

Strength and Agility Trail Running

Nature is your gym during this guided hill and speed workout, which incorporates dynamic power exercises such as lunges, squats, single and double leg jumps, push-ups, and tricep dips for a full body workout. Grab your sneakers and go! Intermediate to advanced level.

Cardio Strength Training

Using our trails and scenic property grounds, you will learn how to use portable workout equipment with correct form and leave knowing that you can perform a full body workout without ever having to step into a gym! Enjoy the outdoor air as you breathe through core strengthening exercises, isometrics, and plyometrics. Get energized! All levels welcome.

Labyrinth of Resistance and Strength

This is a two-part workout of low to moderate intensity. Learn proper posture and essential techniques for performing slow and controlled isometric strength training exercises using your own resistance. Once those techniques are mastered, they will be combined with a meditative walk through the Labyrinth with a focus on resistance and breathing. Walk away with a new and stronger confidence in your step! All levels welcome.
