The Main Hall seats up to 300 people theatre-style—ideal for large meetings and events. This aesthetically pleasing facility has complete audio and visual capabilities, including a ceiling mounted projector, a 10' x 15' motorized screen, and a 12-speaker down firing sound system. Four convenient floor box locations provide VGA connections for laptop presentations and other media. This Main Hall features a sprung bamboo floor, tectum ceiling with exposed wood trusses, motorized blackout drapery, and wood wainscot with natural fiber insets.

The Fallen Oak meeting space is a stand-alone building located a short walk from the Live Oak Conference Center. Seating up to 100 people theatre-style, it features Interface carpet tile flooring, a painted gyp ceiling, and wood blinds with blackout shades. A complete audio and visual system also can be installed in this room, making it ideal for a variety of events.

The Library provides an warm and inviting setting for small meetings but also can seat up to 60 people theatre-style. It features an all-wood cathedral style ceiling measuring 25 feet at its peak, hickory/pecan floors, a stone fireplace, and wood blinds.

The Theatre has a rear projection system, a 7 ½' x 10' screen, and Dolby 7.1 surround sound. It seats up to 120 people theatre-style. The Theatre also features Interface carpet tile flooring, tectum ceiling, and motorized blackout shades.

The Living Room is located on the first floor of the Red Oak Lodge. Perfect for small groups and intimate gatherings, the Living Room is graciously appointed with comfortable couches and chairs, a dining table, kitchenette, and private bathroom facilities. Enjoy world-class views of the Texas Hill Country from the wraparound porch.
