Mind, Brain, and Intention: Your Thoughts Can Change Your Life

A Special Weekend with Dr. Joe Dispenza and Lynne McTaggart

by Lynne TcTaggart
February 14, 2008

Dr. Joe Dispenza and Lynne McTaggart will lead Mind, Brain, and Intention: Your thoughts can change your life from February 29 to March 2.

Intention has become the latest buzzword. Practitioners of alternative medicine now speak of healing "with intention." What on earth is meant by intention? And how exactly does one become an efficient "intender"?

Over the weekend I will offer an exploration of the art and science of intention—which will involve you as a participant in personal and collective experiments to help to focus your life, heal your body and possibly even transform the planet.

First we'll learn the evidence of the science of intention, from research carried out around the world at scientific institutions and from native traditions to demonstrate how human thoughts and intentions are an actual physical something with the astonishing power to change our world.

After studying the common traits of “intention masters” from various traditions—such as Buddhist monks, Qigong experts, and intuitive healers— I developed a series of practical techniques for getting the best results from your intentions. I will be sharing my most reliable exercises for “powering up” your thoughts through visualization, focus, and surrender, to use intentions effectively in your own life. I’ve discovered a number of conditions —the right time, the best places, the best mental states, the most likely targets —when intention works best.

Besides showing you how you can carry out your own intention ‘experiments’ in your daily life, I will enlist you in a series of actual intention experiments with the other participants to discover the extraordinary power of your own thoughts.

Over the weekend you will:

  • Discover exactly how intention affects the physical world and learn how to target it effectively.
  • Receive a blueprint for using intention effectively in your own life through a series of exercises and recommendations about how best to "power up."
  • Learn the art of mental rehearsal: the method top athletes use to prepare for victory.
  • Experience guided practice for entering "hyperspace"—the optimal state of focused alertness for projecting intention.
  • Learn intention across time: how the phenomenon of retrocausality means you can interface with your past and future.
  • Learn when and where to practice intention: how the environment, timing, and even phenomena such as solar activity can affect your abilities.

Participants will leave with a much broader perspective about the use of intention as well as being empowered in their daily lives.
