Gayl Hubatch will lead you through easy detox methods and exercises to explore and experience chi while building your internal reservoirs. The result is wellness and balance. Nutrition: It's Not About Weight
Nutritionist Deirdre Earls will show you how stabilizing your inner biochemistry acts to stabilize your outer world, boost your immune system, achieve and maintain a healthy weight, reduce systemic inflammation, and delay the visible signs of aging. In this hands-on learning session designed especially for busy people, you'll learn:
- The basics of a plant-based, whole foods diet and why it works to reduce stress and optimize long-term health.
- Shortcuts to meals and snacks that help you to find calm in the midst of any storm.
