Nutrition: It's Not About Weight

Nutritionist Deirdre Earls will show you how stabilizing your inner biochemistry acts to stabilize your outer world, boost your immune system, achieve and maintain a healthy weight, reduce systemic inflammation, and delay the visible signs of aging. In this hands-on learning session designed especially for busy people, you'll learn:

  • The basics of a plant-based, whole foods diet and why it works to reduce stress and optimize long-term health.
  • Shortcuts to meals and snacks that help you to find calm in the midst of any storm.

You'll even prepare your own healthy food and sample the finished product!

Deidre Earls educates the public on how diet change can be very challenging, but you can bring the healing power of food and its associated benefits into your life successfully without making seismic shifts in your world.
