This intensive workshop is for students of all levels and styles of practice who would like to experience the Bikram method of Hatha Yoga and its benefits, as well as for those who want a more comprehensive understanding of the principles and philosophy underlying the method.

With a step-by-step approach, Rajashree Choudhury will teach the 26-posture sequence that make up the Bikram System of yoga with a focus on alignment and the medical benefits. Friday evening begins the weekend with introductions and a group meditation. A posture clinic on Saturday morning includes the practice and examination of each posture followed by group discussion, and demonstrations. The Saturday afternoon class completes the posture clinic and includes a class implementing knowledge acquired during the posture clinic. The Sunday morning class will be a summation of the weekend along with a 90-minute class.
