Room rates range from $175 to $425 (per person per night). All applicable state and local taxes are included.
The commuter fee is $55 per day per person; available by phone or online registration. Includes lunch on full program days. Also includes use of all spa and property amenities, including pool, hot tub, cold dip, dry sauna, locker rooms, steam rooms, hiking trails, and the Solidago Sanctuary; activities; and evening entertainment (when offered).
All overnight guests may access their rooms as early as 4:00 p.m. upon check-in. On the last day of their stay, personal retreat guests are to check out of their rooms by 11:00 a.m. All other overnight guests are requested to check out of their rooms by 9:00 a.m. Guests are welcome to enjoy the amenities of The Crossings after check-out.
All room and tax charges are due at the time the reservation is made. We will confirm your reservation with the details of your stay.
Full refunds are available for lodging (less a $40 processing fee) up to eight days before your arrival date. For example: For a Sunday arrival, the refund deadline is close of business Saturday, eight days prior to your arrival.
Nonrefundable credit toward future lodging at The Crossings (less $40 processing fee) is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before your arrival. For a Sunday arrival, the credit deadline is close of business the Saturday before your arrival.
Credit may be applied to any lodging and/or program reservation at The Crossings for one year following the date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave early for any reason. The Crossings reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time.
ADA-compliant accommodations are available for each lodging option and meeting venue. Please contact us prior to your arrival.
Pets are not allowed at the Crossings. Service animals are always welcome.

Our housekeeping schedule is designed to minimize the use of water, detergent, and energy. Please contact the front desk if you require additional towels, toiletries, or other supplies.
All meals are included in the lodging rate. Our menus have fresh, natural, good-for-you food designed with a hint of Texas’ finest culinary influences that appeal to vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas of the property. To prevent the spread of wild fires, please discard cigarette butts and used matches or lighters in the receptacles provided in those areas.
Smoking, burning incense, and lighting candles inside guest rooms is prohibited.
While The Crossings does not currently offer a children's program, parents may bring children to The Crossings. Full-time care must be provided by at least one of the parents or by a full-time baby-sitter (who must be at least 16 years old, and who pays adult housing/meal fees or the commuter/facility fee). Children must be accompanied by the adult caregiver at all times. If using the pool, children may accompany a parent Monday and Tuesday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
Teens 16 and 17 may enroll in a workshop with the presenters and The Crossings approval. They pay full tuition and adult housing fees and must attend with an adult. Requests must be made at least four weeks before the start of the event. Teens 18 and 19 years old may attend workshops on their own.
Children ages 3 and under stay for free. Children ages 13 and up pay full adult housing fee. Children ages 4–12 pay as follows:
Monday–Thursday: $50 per night per child
Friday–Sunday: $75 per night per child
